Speed and Agility  
 

Improving speed and agility is an absolute must for athletes playing multi-directional sports such as; tennis, basketball, soccer, football, baseball, softball and lacrosse.  Taking part in our spEed and agility training will improve your athletic performance and give you the Edge!!

Athletic speed can improve in many different waysOur clinics will teach athletes how to accelerate properly, increase the length of their stride, increase endurance and the proper sprint form and technique.

Agility is the ability to rapidly change directions without the loss of speed, balance, or body control.  As with other fitness components, agility is specific to a particular movement pattern.  With agility training, your athlete will learn to anticipate their next movement and respond properly.

Our Speed and Agility Training programs will precisely target the correct muscles involved in an athletic activity and the proper muscle fiber types that are responsible for quick and powerful muscle contractions.
